Nebul B.V. is the data controller for the processing of personal data in the context of recruitment.

2. Purpose of processing
We process personal data for the purpose of managing and carrying out recruitment and selection procedures, including:

Assessing suitability for current and future vacancies
Communicating with candidates during the recruitment process
Scheduling interviews and evaluations
Complying with legal obligations

3. Categories of personal data
We may process the following personal data:

Identification and contact details (name, email address, phone number)
CV, cover letter, education, work experience, and skills
Application-related correspondence and notes
Interview assessments and evaluations
Any additional information you voluntarily provide during the application process

We do not request special categories of personal data unless legally permitted or required.

4. Legal basis
Personal data is processed on the basis of:

Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): to assess and manage applications and recruit suitable candidates
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): where required, for example to retain data for future vacancies
Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): where applicable

5. Retention period
Applicant data is retained for:

Up to 12 months after the end of the recruitment process, unless:
- You give explicit consent for longer retention for future vacancies, or
- A longer retention period is required by law

After the retention period, data is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our internal policies and Personio settings.

6. Recipients and processors
We use Personio SE & Co. KG as our recruitment and HR software provider. Personio acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes data in accordance with a data processing agreement.
Personal data may be accessed by authorized Nebul B.V. employees involved in recruitment. Data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or explicitly stated.

7. International data transfers
If personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with GDPR requirements (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

8. Your rights
You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
Request erasure of your data
Restrict or object to processing
Withdraw consent at any time (where applicable)
Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)
